6-Color Pastel Styling Board Set
6-Color Pastel Styling Board Set
An Heirloom original: our wedding styling board set features six pastel cotton fabrics mounted on large, rigid panels. These colors have been chosen to compliment weddings, editorial, lifestyle and commercial photoshoots and are wonderful for shooting paper goods, bouquets, boutonnieres, plated food etc. Some boards can even be used as reflectors. They are sized perfectly for 4.5x6 or 4x6 camera formats. They even look great on the iPhone! We find that photographers like to place their boards on the ground and lean over them to frame their shot. The board is large enough that the edges will be outside your frame, and small enough that you can stand over it. Items on the board can also be carried from location to location without interrupting the styling process. You can use a tripod for added stability. Boards have also been used vertically or flat on a tabletop. We recommend purchasing our styling carrying bag and our clean and care kit. Please see our Shipping + Returns page for current ship times and policies.

What are styling boards for and how do I use them?
Our styling boards are rigid backdrop boards for flat lay detail photography. You can use them at weddings or editorial and commercial shoots. They are sized perfectly for 4.5x6 or 4x6 camera formats. They even look great on the iPhone! We find that photographers like to place their boards on the ground and lean over them to frame their shot. You can use a tripod for added stability. Boards have also been used vertically as a reflector or flat on a tabletop.
Can I purchase just one out of the three boards or mix and match colors? Each styling set is prepared with a certain aesthetic in mind and works as a collection together and fabrics cannot be altered. We also offer duo boards which include two curated colors and can be mixed and matched.
What if I stain or damage on of my boards?
If you should damage one of your boards beyond use you will need to purchase an replacement board. We also offer a clean and care kit in our shop to maintain your boards and surfaces throughout its lifetime.
What if my boards arrive stained or damaged?
All of our styling sets are built with heavy, fine art materials and inspected very closely for any stains or blemishes. We also ship our boards in a fashion that keeps them flat and limits damage through shipping. It is very rare that we would ever ship out a product from our studio with any aesthetic issues. However, if you should find any problems with your styling boards, e-mail us immediately with photos of the boards as well as the condition of the packaging and we will be happy to ship you a replacement.
When will I receive my boards?
Boards are hand made in our studio. Please allow 2 weeks for our binding process. Your boards will then ship from our studio via the shipping method you selected.
What are your styling boards made of?
Our styling boards are made of all fine-art archival materials. We use the same linens and book binding cloths offered with our albums. Fabrics are then applied permanently in a patent pending methodology and adhered together.
How long will my boards last?
Your boards should last forever as long as you are careful when using it in a work environment. Keep your styling boards away from liquids and stains. Treat them as you would a fine art book as they are made from the same materials. The lifespan of your styling board is limited only by how you use it - be extremely careful when photographing bouquets and foliage as moisture and pollen from plants can create permanent marks. Make sure objects are dry and clean before placing them. You can keep your boards protected with our cotton board carrier available in our tools section.
Can I clean my styling boards?
You cannot use any liquid cleaners on your styling boards, but you may apply a protective spray. Dust and dirt can be brushed off. Please also see our clean and care kit to help maintain your surfaces.
